Copenhagen Sparkling Tea
Blå
Danish organic sparkling tea - The Blue sparkling tea is really unique and an excellent choice as an aperitif with its high complexity and long taste. It is alcohol free and it contains nine organic teas and three different fine white teas blended with grape juice and just a dash of organic lemon juice. It also pairs beautifully with various starters, vegetarian or light mains, and most desserts.

TASTING NOTES
BLAÌŠ has a long and complex taste. The first impression is fresh and lively with floral notes. It has a defining softness on the mid-palette, thanks to the white teas. It ends in a long and round finish. BLAÌŠ is an excellent choice for an alcohol-free aperitif or paired with light starters and desserts.

LYSERØD(Rose)
Danish organic sparkling tea - LYSERØD is based on a careful selection of 11 different organic teas, which are brewed at different temperatures and time intervals.

TASTING NOTES
LYSERØD is the driest version of Sparkling Tea to date. However, still creates a velvet like feel, thanks to white Silver Needle tea. It holds a long finish and high complexity, created by the two different types of Oolong tea. Combined with discrete fruity notes from the hibiscus and sencha.

LYSERØD is great as a dry aperitif or throughout the whole meal. It is especially suitable for light dishes from the salty kitchen, such as fish, seafood, and charcuterie.
